Who we are

Fintone Ltd (company number 16832744) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration number ZC037350. All Accountant is a trading name of Fintone Ltd. What we collect

If you get in touch, we receive the details you choose to send: usually your name, email address, telephone number and a description of what you need. We use them to reply, arrange a call and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

If you become a client, the information we hold and why (including our anti-money laundering checks) is set out in the terms we agree with you.

This website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attack. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts and images are served from this website rather than from other services.

The enquiry form on our contact page opens a pre-filled email in your own email program. Nothing is sent until you send that email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email and IT providers, and where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not lead to work, we keep the correspondence for up to two years and then delete it. Client records are kept for as long as our professional and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop or restrict using it. You can also object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@fintone.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
